Along with the Naumann Foundation and the European Liberal Forum, Projekt: Polska organized a meeting of young NGO leaders. There were 40 participants, 12 of those from Europe. The young leaders took part in workshops, training sessions and lectures during the five-day gathering.

They learned about:

-          Public speaking

-          Direct communication

-          Writing about and directing projects

-          Contact with the media

-          Writing press communiqués

Journalists, academic lecturers and NGO training staff led the sessions. The project’s goal was equipping young NGO leaders with skills necessary for effective leadership and project management.
